This morning I did some Vinyasa yoga with Ben which got my heart pumping and was super fun. I really love yoga, it just clears up my mind and just lets me block out everything else for a while.
Later we went to the markets in Warriewood and I got some nice deals on fresh fruit! I bought some huge super ripe persimmons which I’m really excited to eat, some dragonfruit and some plums. Ben and I also went halves for some vegan ‘Almond and Sea Salt’ dark chocolate. I usually don’t like dark chocolate because it’s so bitter but the guy working at the stand explained to us that the coco beans in his chocolate are a lot less processed than in other chocolates. He also said that if dark chocolate is bitter, it’s a sign that it is of poor quality and quite processed. The chocolate we bought was delicious and not bitter at all!
We had a look at a few jewellery and food stands but there was not really much variety of vegan food and the one stand that did had sold out, so I just had the plums which I bought for lunch.
At night I did a high intensity interval workout and some boxing which was a great workout. I’m using this website called Gymondo (it’s a German website) and I’m really loving it! They offer a wide variety of workout courses including yoga. If you can speak German definitely check it out!
