This morning I had a super delicious smoothie for breakfast, just bananas, raspberries and water blended. I’ve been loving doing yoga in the mornings lately. There’s something about getting up early, practicing yoga and just having an hour or so of relaxing ‘me-time’ with nobody interrupting (except maybe our cat, it can be quite annoying having him chewing on the yoga mat while trying to relax..).
Later Ben and I went for a nice walk around the Narrabeen lake. I actually used to live in Narrabeen about two years ago so it’s always nice to hang out there. We just sat down on a bench with a nice view for like an hour and talked. I love that even after being together for such a long time we are never short of topics to talk about. In my opinion it’s very important in a relationship that you’re not just lovers, but also best friends. We also found an awesome picnic spot which we will return to soon! We also saw little ducklings which were adorable!
Later after Ben went to work I went for another walk/run along the coast. I’m really trying to be outside and near the ocean as much as possible, since I won’t see it for while once I’m back in Germany. But yeah that’s all for today’s adventures!
